Compensation:

  • Base salary range of $73,000 – $85,000 annually
  • Eligible for monthly bonus program

Qualifications:

  • Provide one-on-one patient care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and goals accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes
  • Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Communicate informed consent, treatment risks, benefits, and alternatives clearly and professionally
  • Discharge patients appropriately upon goal completion and provide referrals or recommendations when needed
