You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs while collaborating closely with patients, providers, and clinic staff to maximize outcomes. Compensation:
- Base salary range of $73,000 – $85,000 annually
- Eligible for monthly bonus program

Education: postgraduate degree
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current and active Arizona Physical Therapy license
- Passion for delivering high-quality outpatient orthopedic care
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and exceptional patient experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical environment

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients, identify movement dysfunctions and functional limitations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one patient care including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, patient education, and physical agents as appropriate
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and goals accurately and efficiently
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs, recovery expectations, and long-term wellness strategies
- Collaborate with referring providers and clinic staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Communicate informed consent, treatment risks, benefits, and alternatives clearly and professionally
- Discharge patients appropriately upon goal completion and provide referrals or recommendations when needed
